terms of design

payment
all payments are made through paypal. by paying, you are agreeing to these terms.

refunds
deposits are nonrefundable. due to the nature of the services, no other refunds will be issued once the design has been started.

wait time
the wait time is an estimate. once i've started on the design, it takes around 14-21 days to complete the design. please note that the 14-21 days is once i get started on the design, and isn't the time it takes from when you get placed on the waitlist or from when you first contact me. if the wait time is longer for any reason, i will let you know!

design credit
once your design is installed, credit will be given to me in the form of a button linking back to this site, as well as text at the bottom of your page. the button and text are to remain on your blog as long as you have the design. the button can be relocated in your sidebar, but neither are to be deleted.

copyright
all designs are protected under copyright and are property of b's {blog} boutique. all parts of the blog design, including images and coding, may not be altered, shared, or copied. you may add or edit gadgets, text, pictures, and posts on your blog.

revisions
all revisions will be billed at $25 per hour.
